Inconsistent in scheduling, time offered to employees. Took away implements and had to wear dress code, no uniform provided. Too much out of pocket expenses for little pay and inconsistent hours given to each employee, high turnover rate, rolling vacation time, marketing only on facebook, have lack of judgement when hiring, management and company have a lot to learn
