The pay is low and you have to work a lot of hours to cover for stylist who don't show up for work.

No pre-booking clients, walk-ins only. The salon I'm in is super busy, so the money is good.

Cons

Regis execs don't have a clue what it's actually like in the salon on a day to day basis, the upper management making decisions are a joke. They portray themselves a a company that cares about it's employees when it's completely the opposite. The hours are horrible and there is little flexibility when needing time off. I started with my work permit and couldn't even get an extra day off to go take my state board exam. This company takes micromanaging to the extreme.

It was affordable for the client as well as beneficial to the stylist.

Cons

They will overwork you and I mean way past 40hrs . I did 70 one week.
