While it does take time to build a clientele and start earning consistent commissions, it is nice to be given access to ALL products needed to have a successful hairstylist business. The fact that you are paid an hourly wage when you are building your business is a good safety net. Once I started getting repeat clients and stopped relying solely on walk-in traffic, I started to make commission on a regular basis.

Cons

It is a struggle to keep up with all the "little" things at times. But the scorecards and goals really can help you see when you are doing well.

This is a great place to start out and build a clientele.The salon is in Walmart and there is always traffic.U get a base pay while building a clientele...The manager is very professional and I enjoyed working for this company.

Cons

There aren't any down sides to this company.
