No acknowledgement or pay for hard proven work for those who dedicate their lives' to breathe life back into a salon that was in the red for years, into the green in a matter of months.

Cons

You can't get a base pay over minimum wage... As a stylist, you're only able to get 42% in commission.

Great clientele , always busy. Base pay, they provide you with your tools and equipment. Co workers are pretty friendly

Cons

Pay. Management. They expect so much for so little. You're getting paid minimum wage for something that you went to school for which is crap. They want you to sell retail more than do hair.
