Pros

Good hours for part time, holidays off which is a plus, closes early on the weekends. Friendly staff great team to work with.

Cons

Poor upper management, always have dump rewards programs or try it this way, no this way. Do this, don't do that. It's never ending. Mandatory meetings that you don't get paid for because you work off commission, they try to tell you that you are getting paid for them but your not if you do enough to get paid commission.

Lots of walk-in's strategically placed in population centers 401k sliding commission scale you can practically write your own paycheck free classes health care available stock purchase plan

Cons

Needs receptionist in some locations when working during slow periods you work by yourself so you preform all functions of the salon and attempt to keep the same levels of customer service
