Pros

Limitless opportunity to advance and make money. The relationships we develop with our guests and community. We are very stylist focused. Family oriented. Sense of support and encouragement from all levels of positions, from stylist clear up to CEO. Everything we need is provided to us.

Cons

If you are under poor leadership it makes it very hard to stay encouraged. I have felt mistreated by leadership before, but it was that persons personality, NOT how the company wants their employees treated.

I have been with Regis Corporation for almost 4 years. Started as a stylist, quickly became a salon manager, and after 2 years was offered a Senior District Leader position. I LOVE what I do. The company cares about the people it employs and does it's best to retain them by offering free education, incentives, and always helping pave the way to a promotion!
