My salon is very busy I been with the company for about 5 years I love to be around good spirits. I'm the manager and I think and I been told I am awesome at it.

Cons

U have 1 year to jump a scale of requirements if you do u get a total different pay scale some girls don't like it while others jump it in 3 months.

Pros

Great place to start a career, provides education, tools, back bar, and a built in clientele!! Upper management is wonderful and encourage stylist to shoot for the stars!! I've been with the company 8 years and I love my career!! The pay is decent, you start on a sliding commission scale and I personally make 17$ an hour as a full time stylist. And that doesn't even include tips!!

Cons

There are no real cons, you get out of it what you put into it.. If you wanna sit around and complain about how slow it is, it won't be a good experience. If you wanna get out there and be a success, they give you all the tools you need to do that..

Pros

Hmm? Nothing good I can think of saying about it. Lots of things promised or implied, but not delivered. Most salons located in a mall, so there is some benefit of activities to watch.

Cons

Promised training, but didn't (could watch outdated or unrelated to area market cd's). Clientele minimal and cheap. VERY outdated computer register and bookkeeping. "Uniforms" take away people's individuality, especially in a creative environment where your trying to sell yourself and skills. Makes people feel cloned and low class. Small town midwest mentality. Create some excitement.
