Friendly coworkers and having a paycheck. Good place to start in the hair industry and that's about it.

Cons

Worse computer system I ever worked with (system is always freezing), poor management and low paycheck. Multi-tasking as his hardest. I don't recommend working there for a long term.

-Stylists are paid hourly or commission so paycheck is guaranteed - 401k -Medical and dental insurance -prizes

Cons

-commission scale has changed from 40%-50% service commission to 38%-48% service commission and retail has gone from 10% to 5% retail commission. The difference is bigger than it seems. - Pay for meetings is not always paid out and you have to watch your paychecks carefully to insure that you are being paid correctly. -Salon managers are not paid salary they are paid commission but are still expected to handle salon issues off the clock. the commission rate is between 48%-50%.
