Cons

selfish co-workers who only interested in themselves and no other people. Managers who only care about bottom line. No room for growth whatsoever

Great place to go if you are starting out and need experience.

Cons

Shift work. Commission is hard to make. Low hours. Management doesn't really seem to care about your success or about keeping you long term. You can work here 5 years and still make min. Wage.

Easy to get hired! They will take anyone with a licence. They supply everything but sheers!

Cons

You are expected at 38percent commition, to answer phones sell product and cut hair clean shelfs and fold towels all at the same time! Very unfair to the customer!
