great atmosphere team environment in the salon able to build and retain clientele quickly if you're good at what you do

Cons

low commission no full benefits for a year as a stylist and my biggest is no walmart discount for smartstyle employees

Great for when you are fresh out of beauty school. Varies from how you view yourself and what you are worth.

Cons

Constant changing of prices for salon service's. Double standard corporate company, ingnorance in communication between staff members and leaders.
