Pros

Lots of walk-ins busy....50% off products last week of the month.

Cons

MAnagement piles all their work on the stylists...you are expected to do slit of paper work...and deposit balance end of shift....besides stocking shelf...answered phones ring out customers...no commission on products unless you double your salary behind the chair....never happens.

It was a pretty good place to work with. They provided training classes for improving your skills. Overall great place to work with. You can move around to other salons.

Cons

low hourly pay, no overtime pay unless it falls on a certain order. Hard to move up in the salon ranking.

I love that it's close to home. Location is good. Work with great people

Cons

The pay should be increased. If u done make ur commission u r paid hrly and its min wage. They keep making changes. Insurance cost to much. We also don't get pay raise
