Everything! From pay , to doing other peoples jobs, employees stealing, no body takes this company seriously, no hours , no customers, of you had any customers they’re big cheapos. Company takes advantage of employees to the max. It just sucks!

Pros

This place is great if you’re just starting out and need to build a clientele. The walk-in type of environment at these salons means that you’ll be meeting new faces every day!

Cons

The only thing I didn’t like about this job is the wages. Corporate locations are GROSSLY underpaid. Franchise locations are better, but only slightly. Each franchise smartstyle is different though, so wages may be better in different locations.
