Pros

Smart and engaged coworkers. Great team-based company with lots of opportunities for development and advancement. Get to work on projects that have immediate and long-term impacts on the success of the company. Very good pay and benefits package.

Cons

Corporate office is kind of dated.

-Challenging work environment -Decent benefits -Leadership is accessible and intelligent -Niche industry and market -Competitive compensation -Opportunity for promotions -Leadership does not micromanage -Office hours aren't terrible (8am to 5pm)

Cons

-Benefits could be a bit more competitive (where couldn't they be though?) -Sales based travel is definitely necessary -Office environment can get gossipy (what office isn't?) -Lacking some common business tools (CRM, etc.)
