PE shuffling around companies and jockeying to get their money out is distracting (google Thoreau) to SmarterDx's core mission.

I think they just...forgot to onboard me? Like, I showed up my first day and nobody had a plan for what I'd be doing or who I'd be talking to. There was no training, no materials, nobody sitting down to explain how anything actually works around there. I spent weeks figuring out systems and processes that should've taken an afternoon to learn. You can only pretend you know what's going on for so long before it falls apart. I ended up learning things months in that should've been covered day one, and by that point it was too late.
