      Big enough to be stable, small enough you can make a big impact

      Cons

      there are the standard growing pains as tech debt is accrued and paid down. They don't really hire junior engineers, which could be a pro or con.

      Pros

      good company culture and work-life balance, really smart people but humble and friendly, culture of co-operation and team work. Fast pace but still work-life balance exist. Product and business model all seem to be promising w lots of potential.

      Cons

      no bonus or stocks (only options) Needs some work in organization management (project roadmap, quarter prioritization, ...). Could have a bit more diversity.
