Pros

I really like working at Canary because of the awesome atmosphere provided alongside a very diverse team. We are open to discuss our problems and work on them moving forward as a team.

Cons

The company is growing and growth can be difficult manage. The learning curve is steep this can cause small hic-cups along the way.

Pros

Really open environment with loyal, kind team leads and managers. There are high expectations and challenges but that's part of it. It's exciting to be apart of the growth in the company. Flexible working arrangements and lots of opportunities to work with colleagues.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a while for processes to be created but they are always communicated out when they are,

Pros

I work with great people I feel heard from the management and HR My team is filled with great people who identify with a gender or as gender fluid, who worship a higher power or none, who identify as a person of color or not, who have a partner or spouse of any gender or none. We all have respect for one another as a commonality.

Cons

Covid hit everyone hard with the isolation and distancing - hoping to get back to the office atmosphere and having that group / team feeling again
