Culturally diverse organizations which operates in the International Sector and allows you to develop new corporate skills and experience.

Cons

Decentralized management can cause a disconnect with other departments/ colleagues around the world. There is also limited to no upward mobility in the organization.

Pros

It is a great company to work for because there is a lot to do, and always there is just a short time to complete because the client is the government of different countries, and we all know how that is. The work is exciting and changing and is never the same, so you keep learning all the time. There are plenty of opportunities to automate everything, everything is agile and nothing is written in stone, so you are usually free to propose things and the majority of the managers encourage that kind of initiatives

Cons

The same pro is also a con because your position is never your active role, you are usually doing the work of three or four people below and above your position, so even when thrilling and motivating because you get used to finding ways to automate everything, it is sometimes extremely demanding. Because is an election company, in some countries the loser candidate or party start a war against the winning candidate and the company get caught in the middle, resulting in defamation and nonsensical conspiracy theories, sometimes are hilarious, sometimes are a bit exhausting.

* Opportunity to travel abroad * You could learn about the election business * Teamwork

Cons

* They need to update deployment technologies * They need to share knowledge about the most common issue's of their application, making it difficult troubleshooting if you don't have several years working in the company
