Pros
Great environment, people are overall helpful and the time is flexible when you have some downtime (but you really do overwork when the time comes) They value if you can speak other languages (Chinese or Spanish)
Cons
All the work is very project based, so even if you are the best at doing something, you will have almost zero opportunities to career development and promotion in the long term No salary raise in years (but if they like you they will try to make you stay right when you are resigning, too late).
