Wonderful people, great impactful projects, a bit too chaotic sometimes

Pros

Great work environment with young yet very capable colleagues. Challenging projects are always on the table, and sometimes you truly feel you are helping to change the world. Very good benefits and negotiable salary over average. Employees can be quite independent in their teams (depending of supervisor) and usually face great responsibilities if they show they are capable and passionate about what they do.

Cons

It has grown quite fast and some of the management doesn't understand the value of processes and feedback. Too focus on pleasing the core employees: 'engineers' and all the other areas are usually left aside and not listened to.

Everything is very messy and unorganize. The company change every year, and you dont have a define career path.everything is made in a rush.
