      Pros

      Smartsheet is a great company to be a part of. They develop employees and value growth from within. The people are great and I love that we are a fast moving organization.

      Pros

      - Supportive leadership that's there when you need them while giving you enough autonomy to move quickly. - Solid compensation and benefits including unlimited PTO coming in 2022, RSU grants, and an attractive ESPP - Still heavily investing into making the product scalable within Enterprise customers, while delivering new capabilities to draw in smaller orgs and new departments. - Great work life balance

      Cons

      Growing pains like any hypergrowth Saas product, including processes changing and maturing to meet our scale.

      Pros

      Lot of opportunity to build stuff with a "service owner team" mindset. Less bureaucracy than large corporations like Microsoft and Amazon. Move to AWS made things so much better, reliable, and scalable. All managers I interacted with are very supportive of employees' career progression, interests, and opportunities.

      Cons

      Has grass root level problems like many services still stuck with a monolith codebase. Lost a few folks over "QA only" or "SRE only" roles during T-shaped engineers, but that's the way many companies operate these days anyway, and nothing wrong with that model either.
