      Pros

      Smartsheet has been and continues to be a great place to grow your career. The company's growth presents ample opportunities to step up to new challenges. The product is solid and gets incrementally better all the time. Executive leadership is generally strong, and the company is well-positioned for continued expansion.

      Cons

      Most of the negatives are the expected consequences of rapid growth. Internal processes are not always as efficient and streamlined as possible. It's occasionally hard to find information, etc. Compensation is competitive but far from the top of the market.

      Management puts trust in its employees, there is a lot of autonomy, recognition for doing great work, and a great work/life balance. The team is excited about their work, the vision for the future is exciting, and customers seem to share this excitement.

      - Autonomy as satellite, yet good support from head office. - Ambitious leadership. - Empathetic local and global leadership. - Great work/life balance and respect for your time. - Very flexible product to sell which makes solutioning/demoing fulfilling. - Good focus on demo/discovery quality and time for enablement.

      Cons

      - Some standard growing pains as it adjusts processes and adopts selling motions. - Perks are just about or maybe below average. While I love free stuff; I personally value the culture, product, and overall experience. - Sometimes a disconnect between PS and Sales.
