      Great Company with a Fantastic Product...Horrible Support Leadership

      Pros

      - 95% if SaaS Professional I've met over the years either know of or active use -Smartsheet as a product. - Great Benefits (Free Health, 24 weeks of Paternity leave, Unlimited PTO for Salaried employees, stock options). - I've met some of the most hardest working individual's in my support career while at smartsheet.

      Cons

      - Pay is fairly low for market ranges for Support roles. I had to beg to get a 1 to 1 salary match here. While lesser-sized companies are paying $20-40k more for the same type of roles with less work. - The current line up of Support Operations Managers and above (directors, vp's etc) were inexperienced (compared to regular level managers). - The Support department is barely functioning as it stands.

      Great benefits and good coworkers

      Cons

      No POC in leadership, no opportunity for promotions or growth. No assistance from management. Forced OT pushed on employees every week. Pay isn’t great.

      General company culture is great. Excellent senior leadership and product.

      Cons

      A sales culture of favoritism. Sales leadership treat a select few reps well but the rest of the team like garbage.
