Great salary, above market value Unlimited PTO after mandated vacation days are used Great private health insurance Work is interesting and you keep learning, even after years from the first day

Cons

Management does not understand the company policies, so subordinates do not get the tools they need when facing employee problems (pay, benefits, promotions, etc) Management seems to value personal relationships over achievements HR is not helpful against managers that violate the code of conduct.

Poor people management, poor selling structure and training. You’ll grow in the position if you get well with management not for your job. Terrible work environment.
