      Pros

      -Quickly growing sales team with optimal advancement opportunity for top performers. -Product is widely used and loved by many customers. Gives sales an excellent customer base to sell into. -Leadership team listens to front-line employees and often institutes policies and market strategies based upon the experiences of it's employees

      Cons

      -Change management is still tough for Smartsheet. This is a product of the high rate of growth and new layers of management that have been added in the last year. The company does realize this as an opportunity and is taking steps towards smoother transitions.

      There's a reason smartsheet was voted "best company to work for." Great people, amazing product and endless growth opportunities make=a fun work environment

      Cons

      Long working hours but I'm sure things will improve as more people are hired.

      Its the best company I have worked for. Smart people and great leadership. Good work/life balance. Everybody is very passionate about the product Very successful and fast growing company

      Benefits are ok but it will improve as the company continues to grow.
