Projects are plentiful, so you'll always find something to keep yourself occupied. The colleagues are also top notch people that are genuinely good souls. You'll find plenty of opportunity to explore various aspects of the market.

Cons

The pay and the benefits are the epitome of mediocre, and have worsened over the years.
