      Pros

      Smashburger is a great place to build a resume up. There are many opportunities of promotions, relocations, NRO's, and traveling. The company is growing continuously and opening many locations in the next few years.

      Cons

      Certain aspects of the job are difficult to perform with the lack of tools and employees. Certain goals are the company seem to be in an unrealistic time period. The bonus structure is not build for managers to get much.

      Pros

      It was decent given the type of job. Not really any benefits though, but the people I worked with weren't too bad.

      Cons

      Customer service is the worst part. The company has their stuff together. But they charge too much for food and that's always a huge compliant from people.
