Immature colleagues Very Strict dress code Your hours are based off present daily restaurant demand so you can loose hours Some strict rules are counterproductive There discipline protocol is awful Inconsistentency - some management communication is seriously lacking 1 manager might think x about u for example. X may or may not be good. But, they don’t communicate it effectively with the rest of the relevant management saying why they think whatever. Lacks much really good diversity
