Great communication is key in any kitchen so always keep an eat out for your coworkers we get very busy

I live a ways out so it's a journey to get there but other than that no cons on my behalf

At beginning there were hopes to grow with company, but as the company grows they began to loose their visions.

Cons

Poor upper management decisions on finding ways to lead the company. Profit investing company looking to grow the company to sell the concept to make the money. Isn't jolee bee suppose to buy 100% of options once reaching 1000 stores?

Good starting point. Training was in depth and comprehensive. They really prepare you to do the job

Cons

It's can get very fast paced/busy, especially if you're in a city. Pair that with the possibility of there being only 3 people in the kitchen.
