Fast Growing Company. I don't see any other Pro's. Overworked, exhausted from the top down.

Cons

General Managers expected to fill all the hourly employee gaps and somehow manage at the same time. It's impossible to flip burgers all day and actually manage the establishment. Expect to spend each and everyday bailing water from a sinking boat.
