      - Good Benefits 401k 6% Match and the Works. - Good Experienced Colleagues - Overall Decent Culture - Qrtly Bonus. 15% - Christmas Bonus w/ Corporate Events - Great Office. Poor Location - Monthly $20 Smashburger Gift Card - Catered Lunch every week. - Good Brand. Good Burgers

      - Management and Leadership is lacking in some departments - Compensation is Low - Has the feel of an Old Corporate Company Yet it's not even 10 years old yet. - Change is hard to come by with management. Not open to change. - Lots of "Family and Friends" being hired.

      - The food is half off and good - Don't have to interact with customers - Benefits like 401k - Get to work with cool people if you're lucky

      - A lot of cleaning every day - A lot of prep work - You have to do dishes - High stress levels during rush hours
