      Pros

      There is great upward mobility, and one of their core foci is team member development. It is a great company to get your feet wet in the restaurant business with.

      Cons

      There is potential to be so much more. But corporate doesn't execute on it. Like I said it is a great place to get your feet wet but we can potentially push our people harder but don't.

      Pros

      Fun fast paced environment that rewards for positive results. The operations can be managed effectively by hiring and training the like minded Team. The quality of the food sells itself very well. The customer really enjoy our products over the "So Called Competitors"

      Cons

      Sales can fluctuate dramatically during the seasons. The fast paced environment is not for everyone. However, those who enjoy a challenge and a rewarding atmosphere do very well.

      Pros

      The people are great. The food is excellent and great concept. Always interesting and never a dull day. They have great growth and a vision of where they want to be in future

      Cons

      Long days, hard to keep staff, and to schedule according to business with the matix.. Many reports controlling every aspect of running the store. Also because growth is so rapid many changes happen too quickly
