Pros

For those who enjoy constant activity, Smashburger offers myriad opportunities utilize all of the talents in your skillset. When all the pieces are in place, a typical workday can fly by as a pleasant, if not fun experience.

Cons

Smashburger corporate expectations place too much of an emphasis on labor costs, often restricting the means by which you can do your job. Obviously, it can be counterproductive to expect production without adequate resources to ensure adequate execution.
