Good company, bad store.

Pros

Good opportunities for people with little job experience, decent starting pay for cooks, and good food for when you want to have your employee meal.

Cons

-Terrible management, have been through 6 General Managers in the last year. -No stability, schedule is usually not posted until Sunday night, schedule is always shifted around, it is hard to get days off. -Turn over is above 200% -Horrible work environment, drug addicts, and lazy employees. -Work behavior is disruptive to the stores progress. -Morning prep is never enough to last the store through the day, causing problems for the night crew.

Pros

Free food if you work double shifts and/or are management, insurance is available to those who qualify, avg 30hrs + I believe, great food. fresh products, great upper management

Cons

Smell like grease if you work in the kitchen ( good laundry detergent fixes that though) Slightly expensive in customers perspective.

Pros

Growing incredibly fast, upward mobility, great benefits, responsive to both consumer and employee. Pay is substantially higher than other concepts which makes retaining employees a bit easier and keeps management relatively happy.

Cons

Hard work, but with due diligence, the reward makes it all worth it. Labor can be difficult to manage but with the proper team, anything is possible.
