Pros

Way ahead of the time in terms of communication and training. Company is very employee focused and spends immense amounts of time and money developing and keeping the employees happy and healthy. Bonus programs easily attainable if you can successfully manage a business (they conveniently provide you with all of the tools and information needed). Senior leadership is very present. Support staff not only smart but a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Technologically speaking I feel that we are behind the times from an operational standpoint. Wifi not available in corporate locations which puts a strain on the ability to work remotely. Our POS system is easy to use and the reports are great but it would be very convenient to have an app for it or access from home. For example, it would be much easier to get a lot of my "office" stuff done from home where I do not have so many distractions.

Pros

Based on my experience, and that of other employees I have spoken with recently can't think of a significant pro to working for this company, unless you happen to desire a steady discount for mediocre hamburgers.

Cons

-No lunch or meal program (most restaurants provide meals for staff on duty or after their shift. Smashburger only provides a discount, which given the hourly salary, and less than reliable hours, is an insult). -Horrible hours (full time employees barely getting 20 hours, before being cut for low business) -Questionable staff (drug use, slackers, no-call/no-shows, etc.) with no corrective action taken leaving it on "reliable" staff to tow the line and do extra work with no acknowledgement or compensation. -Overall more of a challenging place to work with little reward. Not enjoyable at all.
