Pros
Great customer experience, amazing team members, and fast growth opportunities within the company if you're willing to work hard and work many hours.
Cons
It was my first job, so without much experience in the restaurant field, there was not much bad experiences I had with Smashburger. Probably the only thing would be balancing and scheduling. If there's not too many people staffed, it can get crazy for each individual.
