Pros

It's good for a part time job and are pretty generous with hours. A great job when you need flexible hours when you're going to school.

Cons

Some customers will be rude, but customers are always right. Some managers may be over bearing, and you might encounter co-workers who don't care about the job (which means you'll have to pick up some of the slack)

Pros

You get started off with a decent base pay and can get a better pay with hard work in a short amount of time. It is a decently flexible job. It definately works well if you are going to school or working a second job. They are very clean and with all of the cleaning you do it definately teaches you some discipline.

Cons

Management is'nt very great, they are overly aggressive most of the time. Not too reliable for hours, a lot of people work there at a time so you might not be able to get that many hours a certain week. You can say this about any job, but you don't get paid enough for what you do.
