Decent hours : 20-30 hours Good job if you're in high school Fun environment

Cons

No benefits Work on most holidays Pay is very low Constantly changing their menu We used to get tips, however, that was taken away Management is not very good. I have worked with 3 managers at Smashburger and unfortunately all of them did not meet up to their title.

Great part time job. You make OK money and the tips make it even better. You also get a discount as an employee. Time flies when working here because its a very busy place.

Cons

There was a lot of petty behavior from some of the employees. Have to stand almost all day. They didn't have a place to put personal belongings like a coat and purse. The Restaurant was too small to seat all the clients.
