I learned a lot about how to manage a team that has been shown little to no respect for their hard work and even less appreciation. I made some really great friends.

Cons

The lack of a strong management team and the disinterest of the regional managers made working here a lot more stressful than it needed to be. I truly felt like I was the only one that cared about company policies, procedures, and reprimanding those that went against them. I was really disappointed when I learned just how little the other managers cared about the store and the team members.
