      Keeps you busy with nice breaks between shifts and rushes.

      Cons

      Schedule has been changed without my knowledge making me arrive either late or early to work; scars on my arms from working the grill (oil spitting); No enforcement when worker is getting out of line and shouting while under stress.

      Poor ownership and leadership. They will put you through the ringer and not blink twice when they have to cut everyone.
