      - Good Benefits 401k 6% Match and the Works. - Good Experienced Colleagues - Overall Decent Culture - Qrtly Bonus. 15% - Christmas Bonus w/ Corporate Events - Great Office. Poor Location - Monthly $20 Smashburger Gift Card - Catered Lunch every week. - Good Brand. Good Burgers

      - Management and Leadership is lacking in some departments - Compensation is Low - Has the feel of an Old Corporate Company Yet it's not even 10 years old yet. - Change is hard to come by with management. Not open to change. - Lots of "Family and Friends" being hired.

      there a good company to work for they offer discount on food and they do there best to make it a great place to work.

      not really sure as i was offered a better job and took it.

      High rate of promotion from within. Different races and bonuses can be achieved from quality and production. Free drinks, half off any food.

      Cons

      Seniority trumps a lot of situations. Be prepared to get work dumped on you that has nothing to do with you
