      Pros

      Flexible schedule, ability to get more hours if hard working is a plus. Always honored my time off requests. Able to take on more tasks if necessary. Good opportunity to be a shift leader.

      Cons

      Not always the best pay. Hard to predict sales or weekly schedule. Not the best recognition from management. Lots of folks rotating - not a very stable staff.

      People, Passion, Management, Customers, and over all Happiness! If you can make someone smile, apply today and have fun with our awesome team! There is no I in team, but there is a me in team! Hard work does pay off in the long run!

      Cons

      Customers, Learning register, Routine, Bathrooms, and sometimes the music in the front of the house can definitely be a downer!
