The company really cares about training the workers well, spending a week to train everyone at a new opening store, and making sure they are completely qualified.

Cons

The store assistant manager seemed to want to be more friends with the employees than an actual manager. It was also sometimes hard to find the guy.

Seems as though everyone is watching to see if you will make a mistake, or that you are running at warp speed always, no break which is kind of illegal
