Work-From-Home options. Supportive Managers. Projects across different industries sectors. Trust by clients, many have been worked with 5+ years and returning with more work.

Cons

Too many administrative works and questionnaires from the parent company. 401K was paused by the parent company during the pandemic despite the company reaches its sales target set pre-pandemic. It has been resumed but no make-up.

- Great coworkers who are super down to earth, smart, and hard working - Interesting and varied work - Supportive managers who care about mentoring and growing their teams

Cons

- Project scoping can sometimes be a challenge given the ambiguous nature of problems the company often solves for its clients - Some kinks are still being worked out between SI and its two parent companies, but the relationships have gotten a lot smoother. More and more, SI is being seen as a thought leader within the companies and is getting to play a bigger role in shaping the direction of how the companies work together.
