Not a lot. I suppose if you want to work in healthcare, it's a good place to get a foot in the door.

Cons

Management is very short-sighted and not very smart. You're working in a team of politically correct underachievers. Lots of dishonesty, hard to trust your co-workers, lots of political backstabbing. Grossly underpaid compared to other companies. In short, if you want to make very little money, be around low-caliber people, and be stressed out the whole time that someone is going to stab you in the back, this might be the company for you.
