      Pros

      I enjoy working at Smith's because personally the work I dnt hard at all. I'm treated well from the minute I got hired 2 yrs ago & I feel very comfortable there. They work with Me rather than against me & I can just be Myself & doing what I enjoy doing on a daily basis!!!👍😊

      Cons

      Well the Only downer I can see is not getting paid time & a 1/2 for anytime you work over 40 hrs instead of getting just straight pay. But if we do anything extra that result in you getting over 40 hrs then We should definitely get paid for it. But other than that I Can't complain because Smith's does & Will get the job professionally done that's for sure!!!💪😊👍

      Choose Smith...if you're resigned to be a school bus driver

      Pros

      Well managed, ethical company, plays it straight. Will never try to scam an employee of what's theirs and one of the highest hourly pay rates in the area. They also pay unemployment for summer and winter breaks. The company is now owned by National Express, but the same management from Smith is still there.

      Cons

      They match 401k 100% up to 3% of your weekly income and 50% for the other 2%, I believe. Other than that, their benefits package is not too appealing, and one of the unfortunate parts about being a school bus driver is that they consider you a part-time employee. This has benefits implications.

      Health insurance contribution is extremely expensive.
