Micro managers, structure changes every 2-3 years, opportunities given to those in the "in crowd" versus deserving candidates

Mgmt is clueless. London just keeps shuffling peas around on a plate to make it look like theyre making the organization better and more effective. They grow by acquisition while running their current companies into the ground. Management cares only about themselves and their bonuses and that is what all decisions are based on. Not what is best for the company or the rest of us. Moral is not good for a reason. There is no employee apprecaition, empowerment or acknowledgement. But theyre quick to bring up your errors an they dont forget them. My advice? Look elsewhere,
