Smith+Nephew reviews

I am unsure about other departments, but SCM is a very unprofessional department and encourages that environment. My experience is that you can never work enough hours but if you need to take 4 hours of personal time you need to ensure that it is accounted for. The SCM department expects everything and gives nothing in return. There is no work/homelife balance despite what is promoted. Again, I can only speak for the SCM department.
