      Pros

      There are good products portfolio at each business units.

      Cons

      Senior management team in Japan don't show any business strategy to the employee. they don't show how to survive this industry in the future.

      S&N Wound Care Division - good place to grow and then move on.

      Pros

      Large, global corporation with lost of resources. Benefits are very good. Opportunities to move to other roles/departments are available, if you're willing to work for it. They are in the top 5 in the Wound Care market. It's good as a stepping stone to build some experience and move onto another company (5 years or less). Or, it's a good place to come if you already have a lot of knowledge/experience. But, don't plan to work your way up in this company - long term.

      Cons

      Like many large corporations, sometimes being large is a drawback, because they're not as nimble and quick to react to market changes. Also, HR dept and senior management at S&N often give employees "lip service" - basically telling them what they want to hear, and making rosey future predictions that never come to life. Goals / direction seems to change too often, every year. Need to make a plan and focus. Base pay for some roles is lower than similar companies in this area.

      Growing company in a growing field. Creates products then genuinely make their lives better. Doing some things right.

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction from leadership. Very political. Growing social chasm between senior and middle management.
