I like to work in engineering and SSR, Inc. gave me the opportunity to do Cad drafting and to over the construction of what I work on in the office on Cad.

Cons

The experience of management and Department heads made it hard to get work for the company.

I loved working in this HR team. Each of them is bright, caring and committed to pushing for greatness in him/herself, each other, their colleagues and the company as a whole. Although SSR boasts a longstanding history in the industry, they are looking and thinking ahead to stay competitive and profitable. Every company has areas ripe for improvement, but the decision-makers at SSR treat every employee as a human being, a whole person, first and foremost. They have a partnership culture and one that celebrates continual professional and leadership development. And, as a bonus, 98% of them are pleasant to be around!

Cons

To an certain extent, engineers are engineers are engineers. That said, they really aren't SO bad (I married one.). ;)
