Top notch benefits and great work life balance. Pay is above average. 3 weeks of pto upon hiring. Employee ownership stock as well

Pros

Massive ESOP earnings, great healthcare, new truck with no GPS (We are careful to not abuse the privilege), reimbursement for everything job related (tools, hotels, certs, even window tint for the truck), yearly raises that I am happy with, tons of overtime.

Cons

None, its the best company I've ever worked for.
